MIX LIQUID No. 1 (Clear Liquid Resin in Plastic Bottle) and LIQUID No.2 (Clear Yellowish Hardener in Glass Bottle) into a clean container (4:1 Parts) then slowly add powder No. 1 or No.2 until desired viscosity is achieved. The thought mixed components will dry in 30-60 minutes depending upon weather conditions and will be completely added in 72 hours.
